WHO WE ARE

Founded in 2002, Monarch Aesthetic Medicine was created to serve the health, wellness, and aesthetic needs of the Columbus, Ohio community. We are a woman-owned practice, and for over 20 years we’ve remained a leader in the industry—delivering the highest quality treatments, advanced products, and unparalleled expertise with a personal touch.

At Monarch, we take a comprehensive, individualized approach to anti-aging and beauty. Our recommendations are thoughtful, our results are natural, and our providers are highly educated and skilled in the latest skincare, injectable, laser, and body contouring treatments—ensuring you receive care that’s both innovative and tailored to you.

Heather S. Friedeman, CNP & Owner

- MSN The Ohio State University, BSN Barnes Jewish College, BSBA The Ohio State University
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and RN; AANP board certified
- CANS certified (Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist)
- Previous experience at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and Barnes Jewish Hospital in orthopedics, trauma and general surgery, neurology, and general medicine
- Part of the Monarch Aesthetic Medicine provider team since 2015
- Owner of Monarch Aesthetic Medicine since January 2022
- Aesthetic expertise in neurotoxin, filler, and sclerotherapy injection, laser hair removal and laser facial services, Coolsculpt body contouring, RF Skin Tightening, Microneedling, and various skincare services.
- Resides in Lewis Center with her husband, son Everett, and 2 Black Labs Roe and Sophie

Megan Neuberger, CNP

- MSN Ohio University, BSN Ohio University, BS-Psychology North Dakota State University
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and RN; AANP board certified
- CANS Certified (Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist)
- Previous experience at OhioHealth in cardiac, trauma and general surgery, neurology, and bariatric surgery
- Aesthetic expertise in Skincare Treatments, Microneedling, Injectables, and Laser Treatments
- Has two young daughters, Payton and Kailyn, two cats named Jason and Travis and resides in Pataskala

Alicia Nedolast, LPN, Aesthetician

- Licensed Advanced Aesthetician since 2012
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) since 2025
- Over 14 years of experience in medical aesthetics
- AAFE Certified in Botulinum Toxins
- Extensive training and experience performing chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling/RF microneedling
- Specializes in custom skincare regimens and treatment plans to address pigmentation, aging, acne, and other skin concerns

Brittany Manning, Patient Care Coordinator

- Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton
- Licensed Esthetician, Mason Anthony School of Arts & Cosmetology
- Over 15 years of experience in customer service and sales, with a passion for building relationships and creating exceptional client experiences
- Background in aesthetics, skincare, and patient care, with extensive training and product knowledge across leading skincare brands including Skinbetter, Obagi, and ZO Skin Health
- Passionate about results-driven skincare and patient education, helping each individual feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey
- Resides in Westerville with her husband and their three rescue animals: Jax and Cleo, her dogs, and Tucker, her cat

Kellee DiPaola, Front Office Coordinator

Training

With over 15 years of combined aesthetic experience, Heather CNP and Megan CNP are excited to branch out and start training the next generation of injectors across Ohio! We are committed to providing personalized, hands-on training for injectors at every level of experience, with on-site programs designed to deliver lasting value. Our expertise lies in the Galderma, Allergan, and Revance product portfolios.
