    • We recommend an initial series of 4 Scalp PRP treatments scheduled 3-4 weeks apart. We include Sunetics complimentary at each visit.

    • Sunetics can also be used as mono-therapy and a year long treatment plan is offered.

  • Platelets are small blood cells crucial for blood clotting and wound healing. They contain a variety of growth factors that play a vital role in cell regeneration and tissue repair. In PRP therapy: 

    1. A small amount of blood is drawn from the patient into a special tube.

    2. The blood is then placed in a centrifuge, which spins at a high speed to separate the platelets from other blood components.

    3. The concentrated PRP, rich in growth factors, is then injected into areas of the scalp where hair loss is occurring. 

    4. These growth factors are believed to stimulate dormant hair follicles, promote the growth of new follicles, increase blood supply to the scalp, and prolong the active growth phase of hair.

  • There is no downtime for the Sunetics laser, and very little to no downtime for the Scalp PRP injections. A mild headache or feeling of pressure or tenderness is sometimes experienced post injection for a short period of time.
